Prepayment Upon Booking
When you visit the henna boutique, your ability to relax and decompress is our priority. In order to facilitate a hassle-free experience, all services require credit card payment in full upon booking to reserve your session. No exceptions.
Groups & Session Sharing
Individual sessions are intended for a single service recipient. Parties of five or fewer people are welcome to reserve group sessions at the henna boutique. If you have a larger group, please consider reserving on-location services for your party or event.
Children & Accompanying Guests
In efforts to offer a pleasant and professional atmosphere, we ask that you limit your guests while you receive services. Due to safety implications, children who are not receiving services are not permitted in the henna boutique at any time.
Alternative Methods of Payment
Should you wish to increase services at your booking, please note that we are able to accommodate payments with all major credit cards, Apple Pay. Android Pay, CashApp, or cash. Personal checks are not accepted.
Health & Wellness
Please be considerate of your artist’s health and the health of our other clients. If you are under the weather, please reschedule as soon as possible. If you arrive exhibiting symptoms of illness, your appointment may be cancelled at your artist’s discretion and no refunds will be provided.
Tardiness & Cancellations
Please be respectful of your artist's time as well as that of our other clients, and arrive in a timely manner. Clients who are late for schedule appointments may receive abbreviated service.
Regretfully, we are unable to accommodate those with regular tardiness, last minute cancellations, and/or no-call/no-shows.
As a luxury beauty service provider, a 20% gratuity is customary for satisfactory service. Your generosity is very much appreciated.
We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits on henna services, gift certificates, or retail items. Your experience is important to us. Please read all service descriptions and/or inquire when necessary to ensure you’ve selected the service which best suits your needs.
