💭 Q: "Do I have to book specific dates right now?"

Nope! This has been the most common question, and I totally understand why. Typically when you reserve your sessions at the henna boutique, you purchase and schedule at the same time. This works a bit differently. When you purchase the deals available in the sale, unique credit codes are added to your client account on the website. When you're ready to schedule, just log in and grab one of the codes to make your reservation. Easy peasy!

💭 Q: "How long do I have to use the services I purchase in the sale?"

I'm not here to rush you, beauty. All of the appointment credits you grab in the sale are good for a complete year. You can book anytime in the next 365 days, whenever works best for you!

💭 Q: "Are there any blackout dates for the services I purchase in the sale?"

No, ma'am! I don't ever apply blackout dates to services. So long as the calendar is open and has availability, you're welcome to schedule.

💭 Q: "What happens if I want to gift henna services to someone else?"

Well... It depends. The easiest move would be to grab a gift certificate. When you check out, you'll immediately receive a printable gift certificate to share. If you want to gift one of the packages (and you don't want to spoil the surprise), you'll need to check out using your own email address. You'll need to share these codes with your gift recipient(s). I've got a beautiful gift certificate template that I'm happy to customize for you, if you need it. Just let me know!

💭 Q: "What's the process for party and event reservations?"

You know that I love keeping things smooth and easy, and these are no different. All you need to do is complete the private event request form. (You will need to have a date in mind for this type of reservation, and I strongly suggest having a back up date in mind.) Once I've confirmed availability, I'll send over a service agreement and invoice via email to secure the date. You'll sign and submit these electronically, and I'll send over a personalized code for your free extended session as a gift from me.

💭 Q: "What about buy now, pay later options?"

These are only available using Stripe, rather than the typical scheduler. If you'd like to take advantage of this, you can use this link to checkout. Simply adjust the quantities to select the offers you'd like to grab, and check out. You may find any combination of Affirm, Klarna, or AfterPay available. (Klarna appears to be the most consistently offered.) After you've made your purchase, I'll set up your credit codes manually and provide them to you via email and/or in your client profile.
