Prepayment Upon Booking

When you visit the henna boutique, your ability to relax and decompress is our priority. In order to facilitate a hassle-free experience, all services require credit card payment in full upon booking to reserve your session. No exceptions.

Groups & Session Sharing

Individual sessions are intended for a single service recipient. Parties of five or fewer people are welcome to reserve group sessions at the henna boutique. If you have a larger group, please consider reserving on-location services for your party or event.​

Children & Accompanying Guests

In efforts to offer a pleasant and professional atmosphere, we ask that you limit your guests while you receive services. Due to safety implications, children who are not receiving services are not permitted in the henna boutique at any time.

Alternative Methods of Payment

Should you wish to increase services at your booking, please note that we are able to accommodate payments with all major credit cards, Apple Pay. Android Pay, CashApp, or cash. Personal checks are not accepted.

Health & Wellness

Please be considerate of your artist’s health and the health of our other clients. If you are under the weather, please reschedule as soon as possible. If you arrive exhibiting symptoms of illness, your appointment may be cancelled at your artist’s discretion and no refunds will be provided.

Tardiness & Cancellations

Please be respectful of your artist's time as well as that of our other clients, and arrive in a timely manner. Clients who are late for schedule appointments may receive abbreviated service at the artist’s discretion. Arrivals over 10 minutes beyond the scheduled start time will be considered a no-show cancellation. We allow for a single appointment reschedule without penalty. Subsequent requests for reschedules will be deemed a cancellation, and a new appointment will be required.

Regretfully, we are unable to accommodate those with regular tardiness, last minute cancellations, and/or no-call/no-shows.

Gratuities

As a luxury beauty service provider, a 20% gratuity is customary for satisfactory service. Your generosity is very much appreciated.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits on henna services, gift certificates, or retail items. Your experience is important to us. Please read all service descriptions and/or inquire when necessary to ensure you’ve selected the service which best suits your needs.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service.

Disclaimer

Stain Development

Due to the nature of henna and the necessary after care resulting in the best stain, Cardamom & Clove Henna cannot guarantee the color of any henna applied. This is because the variables insuring deep stain development controlled by Cardamom & Clove Henna are limited to the production and application of the henna paste; however, after care is not within the control of the artist. Similarly, health details such as current medication, hormonal imbalances, and other variables are known to affect henna stains. In order to assist in the development of the best henna stain, Cardamom & Clove Henna will not only exclusively use fresh, organic henna paste, but will also provide after care instructions at the time of appointment free of charge. 

Skin Allergies 

While allergies to the ingredients in our fresh, natural products are known to be rare, Cardamom & Clove Henna and it's representatives/affiliates are not doctors. Please consult your health care provider if you have any questions or concerns about the safety of our products for your use specifically. We will gladly release information regarding our product recipes at your request. We are also pleased to create custom pastes for the application of our designs on any clients who request it due to concerns with sensitive skin. If you have any known allergens, you are responsible to disclosing them prior to your session.
